3D Animated Music Video

I'm looking for a 3D animation expert to create a music video for my happy and upbeat song.

Below is the script and i need it synced to the song i attached

Opening (0:00–0:15)

Visual: Bright sunny playground. Big brother pushes a merry-go-round, Little Laura spins with her arms wide, laughing.
