Aluminium Profile Redesign

I need an experienced mechanical engineer to redesign a profile from a rectangular aluminium tube to a custom aluminium profile. The goal is to reduce weight by 25% while maintaining similar or slightly different web and flange dimensions.

Key Requirements:
- Add profile stiffeners (preferably ribs) that can be extruded
- Key dimension to remain consistent: Height
- Current mechanical attachment drawings will be provided

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in aluminium design and extrusion
- Experience with structural optimization for weight reduction
- Strong understanding of mechanical properties and stiffness enhancement
