Professional Agricultural Farm Master Plan (2D + 3D Visualization) – 10 Feddan Farm in Oman
Project Overview
We are developing a 10-feddan agricultural farm in Oman and require a professional designer / architect / landscape planner to create a high-quality 2D master plan and a realistic 3D visualization of the farm layout.
The design must be created based on a specific agricultural concept and spatial arrangement already defined by the farm owner.
The final output should look like a professional agricultural engineering layout / landscape master plan, suitable for presentation, planning, and future development.
Land Information
Total land area: approximately 42,000 m²
Land dimensions:
Length: 295 meters
Width: 142 meters
Total farm size: 10 feddans
The land should be designed as a functional agricultural farm layout with proper zoning, roads, orchard blocks, buildings, and operational areas.
Main Entrance and Central Road
The main entrance gate must be located exactly in the center of the 142-meter side.
From this entrance gate:
A main central road must run vertically through the farm toward the back of the land.
This road should divide the farm into two equal sides.
Road specifications:
Main central road width: 5 meters
This road divides the farm into:
5 feddans on the right side
5 feddans on the left side
Front Area Zoning (Near the Entrance)
Immediately after entering the farm through the main gate:
Left Front Block
Allocate 1 feddan for seasonal agriculture / rotational crops.
Requirements:
Must be square in shape
Open agricultural land for flexible cultivation
Right Front Block
Allocate 1 feddan for administrative and operational buildings.
Requirements:
Must also be square in shape
This area should include the following facilities:
Administrative building
Packaging and sorting facility
Workers accommodation
Storage / service building
Irrigation pump station
Car parking area
Truck parking area
Truck loading and maneuvering space for transporting produce
This zone should be designed with efficient circulation and operational workflow.
Lemon Orchard Area (Behind the Front Blocks)
Behind the two front blocks, the remaining 8 feddans will be used for lemon cultivation.
Distribution:
4 feddans on the right side (behind the admin block)
4 feddans on the left side (behind the seasonal agriculture block)
These must be organized into 4 separate orchard blocks.
Each orchard block:
2 feddans
Total blocks: 4
Arrangement:
2 blocks on the right side
2 blocks on the left side
Orchard Block Shape
The orchard blocks do NOT need to be square.
They should be rectangular agricultural blocks, because the planting system is based on row planting.
Each 2-feddan block must include:
12 rows
23 trees per row
Total trees per block:
276 lemon trees

Each orchard block must follow the exact planting spacing:
Spacing between trees in the same row:
5 meters

6 meters

Internal Roads
In addition to the main central road, the farm must include secondary internal roads.

These roads should create a logical circulation network across the farm.
