Affordable Modern Apartment 3D Design

My new apartment needs a cohesive modern interior concept presented in detailed 3D. The goal is to optimise every square metre while keeping a clean, airy aesthetic that feels consistent from room to room. I’d like full design coverage for the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, kids’ room and work room, with particular attention to smart storage solutions and clear circulation paths.

High-quality visualisation is essential, so please be comfortable producing photoreal renders and sharing the native project files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar). Multiple viewpoints for each space will help me evaluate lighting, materials and furniture placement before we move to final sign-off.

Deliverables

• An annotated floor plan with measurements and material palette

Acceptance criteria: designs must respect existing plumbing and electrical points, improve usable storage by at least 20 %, and stay within a sleek modern palette—neutrals with a few bold accents. I’m happy to review drafts and provide quick feedback so we can refine efficiently and keep costs affordable for both of us.
