I’m refreshing my home and need detailed, photorealistic 3D drawings for two key areas—the living room and the kitchen. The vision is distinctly wabi-sabi: organic textures, muted earth tones, a sense of calm rooted in imperfection.
You’ll translate my ideas into accurate models and renders that I can hand straight to contractors. I’m happy for you to work in the software you know best—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion—so long as the final output is clean, true to scale and ready for minor tweaks if measurements shift.
Deliverables
• Two fully modelled, textured spaces (living room & kitchen)
• At least three high-resolution still renders per space (daytime, evening and angle of your choice)
• Source files in their native format plus export in FBX or OBJ
• A concise material and colour reference sheet for easy purchasing
Acceptance criteria
Renders must clearly depict finishes, lighting and furniture placement; proportions must match the dimensions I supply; overall mood must read as wabi-sabi without drifting into overly rustic or ultra-minimal.
If you can keep costs friendly while delivering professional-grade visuals, I’m ready to move forward right away and will provide floor plans and inspiration images on award.
