Design Engineer / Industrial Designer Needed for Portable Modular LLDPE Sanitation Cabin (Roto‑Moulded)
Project Summary
Looking for an experienced industrial designer or design engineer to create a visually aesthetic, modern appealing, portable sanitation cabin. The final product will be manufactured in LLDPE using the rotational moulding (roto‑molding) process.
The first priority is aesthetics — a soothing, modern, clean design.
After that, the design must be developed into a dismantlable modular system (4–5 parts).
Project Requirements
1. Aesthetic Design (Primary Phase)
* Create 2–3 modern, attractive exterior concepts
* Smooth, contemporary, ergonomic appearance
* Should look visually better than typical portable toilets
* Take inspiration from leading products such as "Re‑Leaf portable toilets" (for reference only, final design must be original)
2. Modular & Portable Construction
The cabin must be:
* Fully portable
* Dismantlable into 4–5 parts, such as Roof, Left & right side panels
* Front/door assembly
* Floor
* Parts must interlock or bolt together for **easy transport & assembly**
3. Roto‑Molding Compatible Design
Once the aesthetic concept is approved, designer must convert it to a roto‑mould‑ready engineering design, including:
* Uniform wall thickness
* Proper draft angles
* No undercuts
* Mold split line logic
* Mounting points for seat, door, vents, tank
* Structural ribs & reinforcements
Deliverables
* 2–3 initial concept sketches
* Final approved aesthetic model
* Modular exploded view (4–5 parts)
* Roto‑mold‑ready 3D CAD files (STEP / IGES / SolidWorks / Fusion 360)
* Assembly drawings
* Optional: photorealistic renders
