Please add the official brand name “M&Y SNOW GEAR” on all technical drawings and documents for ownership and legal documentation purposes.
2.Weight Specification:
Include the estimated total weight of the product in the final drawing. This is essential for calculating shipping and material handling.
3. Assembly Instructions:
Please provide a clear assembly drawing (Exploded View or Step-by-Step) that illustrates how all parts are assembled together.
4.Surface Finish & Treatment:
Specify whether any protective coating or surface treatment is required, such as rust-resistant paint, powder coating, or special coating for the shovel blade to resist wear and corrosion.
5.Bending Functionality:
Clarify the functional purpose of the blade curvature. Is it intended to enhance snow removal on sloped or uneven surfaces? Please confirm the bend angle and its intended use.
6.Handle Material & Grip:
The shovel handle should include a non-slip rubber grip or similar anti-slip material for user comfort and safety.

7. Rear Telescopic Support Arm:
We would like to add a rear bottom telescopic support made of aluminum or strong plastic. This will:
• Provide additional support during pushing.
• Fold in or retract when not in use.
• Include an anti-slip base.
• Use a pin-lock or magnetic locking mechanism.
8. Adjustable (Telescopic) Handle:
Please redesign the main shaft to be telescopic and adjustable (e.g., from 80cm to 130cm). This allows customers to control the height.
We recommend using two or three aluminum pipes with an internal locking system and measurement indicators.
