Action Figure 3D Print Models

I’m building a 3D printing-based product line (collectibles, action figures, and custom models), and I’m looking for a skilled 3D designer who can create high-quality, printable models designed in multiple parts (not single solid meshes).

The goal is to produce models that can be:

Printed in separate parts
Easily assembled (snap-fit / peg / connector-based)
Optimized for multi-color 3D printing (Bambu AMS) or manual assembly

Responsibilities:-
Convert concepts / reference images into clean 3D models
Design models in multiple detachable parts (head, body, accessories, etc.)
Add functional connectors (snap-fit, pegs, slots)
Ensure models are:
Manifold / watertight
Properly scaled for printing
Solid (not hollow unless required)
Optimize for:
Minimal supports
Clean seams
Easy post-processing

Ideal Skills:-
Strong experience in Blender / ZBrush / Fusion 360
Knowledge of 3D printing constraints (FDM)
Experience with:
Snap-fit design
Tolerances for assembly
Splitting complex models into parts
Ability to fix:
Non-manifold meshes
Hollow models
Bad topology
