movement mechanism CAD Prototype Design

Hello, I need a mechanical CAD designer for a custom litter picker/grabber product with temporary storage. I already have rough sketches, dimensions, mechanism ideas, and a working handmade sample prototype built from recycled materials. I need help converting and refining the concept into a proper 3D CAD assembly with moving mechanism.

The product combines:

1. Grabber claw mechanism
2. Trigger-operated linkage system
3. Cylindrical temporary storage chamber behind the claw
