iPhone 15 Smart Case Industrial Design

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

We're developing a premium smart case for the iPhone 15 ("Techs") housing a custom PCB, battery, ESP module, and a 1.69" TFT display (240×280, ST7789) positioned beside the camera. This is a real hardware product going to manufacturing — not a concept render. We need the complete enclosure design taken all the way to production-ready files.
Scope — full enclosure design:

Precisely fitted to iPhone 15 dimensions (camera module, buttons, ports, charging alignment)
Body + lid + internal PCB housing + battery compartment + display window
Slim, pocket-comfortable profile despite housing electronics
iPhone-recognizable silhouette (camera cutout, optional Apple logo visibility)
Our brand logo ("Techs") engraved/embossed or otherwise integrated into the case design — placement and execution style open to your suggestion
Electrical insulation — no electronic component may directly contact the iPhone body (hard constraint, full guideline PDF provided)
Thermal consideration — heat from electronics must not be trapped against the phone
Fastening/assembly method that's fast for us to assemble in production but not user-openable
Drop-resistant, good tactile feel, balanced weight
Surface finish suitable for printing/branding

Deliverables (fully manufacture-ready):

Final 3D CAD files (STEP + native format)
Complete technical drawings with tolerances
DFM/DFA validation for the chosen manufacturing process
Material selection with justification (mechanical, thermal, cosmetic)
Manufacturing process recommendation — CNC prototype and/or injection molding for production — with reasoning
Files ready to hand directly to a CNC shop or mold maker with no further engineering needed
Agreed number of revision rounds included (please state how many rounds are included in your quote)

We will provide:

3D model of the PCB
Full electronics specs (battery, display, ESP, charging port)
Techs logo file (vector)
Design guideline PDF (critical constraints, e.g. electronics-to-body clearance)
Reference iPhone 15 CAD dimensions if needed

Budget: $100–150 fixed, full scope as described above. Please quote within this range and note if any part of the above would need to be trimmed to fit it — we'd rather know upfront than mid-project.
