16x10 Wood Shed Plans - Structural Plans and calculations
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need complete structural drawings for a simple ≈ 16 ft × 10 ft backyard shed built in wood framing, sitting on a concrete slab, and finished with a single-slope (slanted) roof. The plans must be clear enough for permit submission and meet local and state of California building codes and laws.
Please include:
• Foundation layout and slab is preexisting
• Framing elevations, sections, and connection details (studs, rafters, headers, ties) - architecttural plans will be given
• Roof framing plan showing slope, overhangs, and load paths
• Basic material take-off so I can price lumber, fasteners, and concrete
Drawings can be in PDF plus the original CAD format you work in (DWG, SketchUp, Revit, etc.). If local building codes require any specific notes or load assumptions, note them on the sheets.
