I need a production-ready design for a double-acting welded hydraulic cylinder that will be installed on industrial machinery. Key metrics are a 1 830 mm stroke, 75 mm Ø tube (63 mm bore), and a 45 mm chrome-plated rod. The assembly must cope with elevated operating temperatures, corrosive splashes, and heavy-duty cycles, so every decision on steel grade, seal selection, and surface finishing has to reflect those conditions.
