Warehouse Mezzanine Structural Design

I’m adding a 400 m² mezzanine inside an existing warehouse to serve purely as a storage deck. I already have the warehouse drawings and basic column grid; what I’m missing is a complete structural package that will let the fabricator start work and the authorities sign off.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• Structural analysis showing the deck can safely handle storage loads, point loads from pallet jacks, and any lateral forces.
• Member sizing, connection details, base-plate designs, and anchorage checks against the current slab.
• Drawings in both PDF and editable CAD (DWG or similar) formats, plus a concise calculation report referencing the relevant local code.
• A bill of materials that the steel supplier can price immediately.

Include examples of past work on warehouse or mezzanine structures with your bid so I can see how you present calculations and drawings. If you’ve tackled projects of similar scale or integrated new steel with an existing frame, highlight that experience.

I’m ready to supply the existing plans, column reactions, and load requirements as soon as we start, and I’ll be available for quick feedback during the design phase so we can keep revisions to a minimum.
