I need a 3D CAD model and the creation of G-code for a WAAM (Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing) project. I'm attaching a PDF that contains the project overview and diagrams—please review these details.
Key requirements:
The model's total height must be 100 mm
The model must be completely hollow inside
Outer contour from the angular to the cylindrical part should be fully closed so that liquid or gas can flow through without leaking
All overhang angles in the design must be 30° or less (pay special attention to the images for guidance)
The square sections should have inner diameters such as 50.1 mm, so that a cylinder can fit
The final product must not be excessively heavy—please use design features (e.g., thin walls, hollow construction) to minimize weight
STL format is required for the final model; G-code should be generated using an appropriate slicer
