Urgent! Compact Keypad Phone Casing

I need a fresh casing design for a small-form-factor feature phone that includes a physical keypad. The brief is open on style and materials, so I’m relying on your industrial-design instincts to propose a modern, manufactural solution that balances aesthetics, ergonomics, and durability.

Scope
• Create a complete exterior shell that houses a standard feature-phone PCB, screen (approx. 2.4"), keypad dome sheet, speaker, mic, camera, battery, and antenna spaces within the smallest footprint practical.
• Address assembly strategy—screw bosses, snap-fits, or a hybrid approach—as well as parting lines suited to injection-molded plastics or any alternative material you recommend.
• Consider tactile feedback for the keypad and overall hand-feel.
• Deliver production-ready 3D CAD (STEP/IGES) plus hi-res renders for presentation.

Acceptance criteria
– Components fit within the envelope without collision.
– Surfaces are draft-correct for tooling.
– Files import cleanly into SolidWorks/Creo.
