Urgent CAD Text & Dimension Resize

I have a set of CAD drawings that require quick cosmetic tweaks: every text label and dimension call-out must be resized so they read clearly when plotted, yet the underlying geometry and scale remain untouched. Nothing in the model space should shift; only the annotation sizes need adjustment.
All source files are standard DWG. Once the edits are done, I need the updated DWG back along with a print-ready PDF set. The job has to be fully wrapped up today, before the close of business on the US Eastern time zone, so please be comfortable working immediately in AutoCAD (or a fully compatible alternative) and turning around revisions fast if I spot anything during review.
Acceptance will be based on:
• Uniform, legible text and dimension sizes across every sheet when printed at the original scale.
• No alteration to the drawing’s actual geometry.
• Clean DWG files that open without proxy object warnings, plus matching PDFs.
