Update AutoCAD Drawing with Floor Build-up
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Hi,
I’ve been asked to update these CAD drawings to show the floor build-up. Is this something you can do, and what would the cost be?
The proposed floor construction is as follows:
- Tile finish with adhesive and grout
- Decoupling mat
- Levelling compound (up to 20mm)
- 75mm screed
- Vapour barrier
- 125mm PIR insulation
- Structural concrete subfloor
Based on this build-up, there is approximately 200–230mm of non-structural material above the concrete slab. As such, all fixings will need to bypass these layers and achieve adequate embedment into the structural concrete.
We propose the following fixing approach:
- M12 threaded rods
- Chemical (resin) anchors
- Minimum 100mm embedment into the concrete slab
- Total fixing depth approximately 320–350mm
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Thanks,
Matthew
