Underground Services Engineering Drawings

A newly subdivided site in Panmure (under 500 sqm, front and rear lots) now needs fully detailed underground-services drawings that slot straight into my existing plan set—I already have the survey and architectural files ready in DWG/PDF.

Scope of the drawings
• Mains water: route from street main to the rear lot only, complete with meter, isolation valve and backflow details.
• Telecommunications: conduit from the pole to both front and rear lots, sized to Chorus standards.
• Low-voltage power: conduit from the pole through the front lot and on to the rear lot, including pillar position and cable schedule.
• Stormwater: line running the full length of the boundary, detailing sump positions, gradients and outfall.

I have no fixed material preferences and am happy to follow your recommendations, provided they meet Auckland Council, Watercare, Vector and Chorus requirements.

Deliverables
– Consent-ready plan sheets in PDF plus editable DWG
– Trench sections, pipe sizing and materials schedule
– Brief compliance notes for council submission

Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar industry-standard tools are expected so everything layers cleanly with the drawings I supply.
