Triumph T120 Front Fender Model
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I need a clean, symmetrical 3D model of the Triumph Bonneville T120 front fender that I can drop straight into Cura and print in ASA on an FDM machine. I already have the real fender on hand and will supply hi-res photos plus all the critical dimensions—including detailed measurements for the mounting system.
Scope
• Replicate the exterior fender profile accurately.
• Integrate the existing mounting solution: bolt holes plus two small custom-shaped slots exactly where they sit on the factory part. I will share a drawing with precise hole diameters, slot geometry, and their centre-to-centre locations.
• Keep it strictly hard-surface; no textures or surface patterns.
• Deliver watertight, non-manifold STL and OBJ files, true-to-scale, centred on the origin and oriented for upright FDM printing.
Acceptance
• Geometry matches all supplied measurements within ±0.3 mm.
• Bolt holes and custom slots align when the print is test-fitted against the bike’s fork brace.
• Wall thickness consistent and suitable for ASA (minimum 3 mm unless otherwise discussed).
• File opens error-free in PrusaSlicer/Cura.
Once I verify the model against the real part, we are done. If any tweaks are required, I’ll send notes and photos and would appreciate one quick revision pass.
