Townhouse A/C Shop Drawings

I am finalising the mechanical air-conditioning package for a development of twelve town-houses that will be built in three stages. Right now I only need the construction documentation for Stage 1: four units, with two of them being identical. Lots 1,2,3 +12

Your task is to prepare complete shop drawings and the associated builders-works drawings.
• The shop drawings must show all dimensions, levels, fixing details and materials clearly enough for fabrication and on-site installation.
• The builders-works set must cover the piping routes, equipment placement and every floor, wall and ceiling penetration so the structural and architectural trades can set the openings before the services arrive.

Please deliver everything in editable DWG format so I can integrate the layers into our master model and issue coordinated PDFs to site.

I will supply the design drawings, equipment schedules and an architectural Revit export once we start. Let me know if you need any other reference material or clash-detection parameters up front. I am looking for clear, tidy files that can go straight to the subcontractors without red-lining.
