Townhouse CAD Plans Conversion
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a full set of hand-drafted plans for a new two-storey townhouse and now need them modelled accurately in CAD. The package must include both the architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) and a coordinated plumbing layout that matches the original design intent.
You will receive:
• Scanned PDF copies of the signed-off plans (metric, 1:100).
• A legend showing all plumbing fixtures and pipe sizes.
• A brief note on preferred line weights, fonts, and title-block format.
I’m looking for clean, well-layered DWG files plus printable PDFs. Please keep each discipline on its own layer group so future consultants can jump in without relayering anything. All dimensions and text should be fully editable, no exploded text or polylines.
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % dimensional match to the supplied plans (spot-check tolerances ±2 mm).
• Plumbing layout aligned with walls and fixtures, using standard layer naming (AIA or ISO).
• All drawings plotted at correct scales with my title-block inserted.
• Deliverables uploaded within 5 days of project start.
If you typically work in Revit, that’s fine—just export clean DWGs as part of the final hand-off. Let me know what software you’ll use, how soon you can begin, and include at least one sample sheet from a previous residential job so I can see your drafting style.
