Timber Frame Precut & 3D Drawings

I am preparing a residential construction project based on a timber frame system, and I need a professional freelancer to deliver two clear and buildable sets of documentation:
A complete set of precut (shop) drawings for the timber structure. These must be fully dimensioned and suitable for production, including CNC cutting if applicable.
A coordinated 3D model of the structural framework (posts, beams, braces, and connections), so the full system can be clearly understood by both client and construction team.
The drawings must be suitable for real construction, not only for visualization.
Scope includes:
Structural timber framing drawings
Floor plans, sections, and elevations
Clear connection details
Basic interior/exterior understanding where needed for coordination
Requirements:
Proven experience with timber construction or wood framing
Experience with precut / fabrication drawings is highly preferred
Ability to deliver accurate and practical solutions
Deliverables:
Native files (Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar)
Clean and professional PDF drawing set

This is time-sensitive, and I am looking for someone reliable. There is strong potential for ongoing collaboration if the work is delivered at a high level. Important:
The final delivery must include an IFC model (Industry Foundation Classes) suitable for coordination and use in BIM workflows.
The IFC model should:
Represent the structural timber framework accurately
Be properly structured and organized (layers/elements)
Be compatible with standard BIM software
Native model files (Revit, Archicad, etc.) should also be included.
