Three-Storey MEP Drawing Package

I’m finalising a new three-storey residential development and need a complete set of coordinated MEP drawings. I already have detailed architectural plans in PDF format; your job is to translate those into precise CAD deliverables and make sure the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs all work together without clashes.

Scope
• Mechanical layout: HVAC sizing, duct routing, equipment placement, and schedules.
• Electrical schematics: panel schedules, power & lighting layouts, and conduit routes.
• Plumbing design: supply, waste, and vent lines with fixture counts and riser diagrams.

What I’ll provide
• The current PDFs of the architectural layouts.
• Notes on design intent, load requirements, and any site constraints.

What I expect back
• Editable DWG files plus clean PDF plots for each discipline.
• A single combined coordination drawing highlighting any areas that need revision.
• A brief calculation summary (airflow, load, pressure drop, voltage drop) to demonstrate that the design meets standard residential codes.

Timing is flexible but I’d like to review a first draft within two weeks. If you’ve produced similar multi-storey residential packages before and can reference the relevant plumbing, electrical, and mechanical standards, I’d love to work with you.
