TPU Inflatable Toddler Airplane Bed

We’re hiring an **industrial / product designer** (not factory) to develop a premium, fold-able **TPU inflatable airplane toddler bed** (ages 2-7).

### Key features
• Flat surface across seat + leg space, 3 height options
• Built-in USB-C mini pump (<90 s inflate, auto-deflate)
• Safety-belt slots, anti-slip bottom, rounded cushioned edges
• Packs <25×15 cm, ≤1.2 kg
• Minimal pastel palette (sky-blue / cloud-white)
• Materials: TPU shell + soft fabric lining

### Deliverables / milestones
**M1 (2 wks)** – 3 concept boards + sketch iterations
**M2 (4 wks)** – Final 3D CAD (STEP/IGES), CMF, exploded view, BOM
**M3 (≤2 wks)** – DFM tweaks & support first-off prototype with factory

### Must-have
• 3 yrs+ soft-goods / inflatable design
• Portfolio showing TPU high-frequency welding work
• Familiar with CPSIA & ASTM F2085 / leak-test DFM
• Sign NDA; transfer all IP upon paid milestones

### Budget
**Fixed US $5 000** (M1 $1.5k | M2 $2.5k | M3 $1k) — open to discussion.
