Syrup Plant CAD Layout

We are moving from lab and pilot studies into full detailed design for a new facility that will be process plant-based ingredients into a range of syrups. The process flow diagrams, equipment data sheets, and a rough block layout are more or less ready. What’s missing is a CAD package.
Your task is to translate my preliminary sketches into precise CAD drawings that show the production line layout. Working in MS Visio would be preferred but not a must.
You’ll need practical experience with food or beverage plants, an eye for hygienic design principles, and the flexibility to incorporate feedback. Quick, start is key, preferably yesterday :)
