I need a detailed Building Information Model focused solely on the structural elements of a commercial property. I already have the full set of structural drawings in digital format and will share them as soon as the project starts.
Scope
• Convert my provided drawings into a clean, well-organized BIM file.
• Capture all columns, beams, slabs, and load-bearing walls with accurate dimensions and levels.
• Maintain logical naming conventions, layers, and families so future disciplines can plug in easily.
Deliverable
One native BIM file (e.g., Revit or similar) plus an IFC export that I can open without proprietary add-ons.
Expectations
• Match the drawings exactly—no missing members or discrepancies.
• Keep the model lightweight and clash-free.
