10-Storey Hotel CAD Drawings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing a 10-floor hotel with two basements for tender and site execution, and I need an experienced architectural drafter who can transform the design into a complete construction-ready drawing package.
What I expect you to deliver
• Scaled and fully layered floor plans for every level, including the two basements
• Accurate façade elevations
• Cross and longitudinal sections
• DED (Detail Engineering Drawings) down to door-window schedules, stair details, façade cladding, wet-area set-outs, and any other construction-level “konstruksi” sheets that a contractor will reference on site
• Any additional supporting drawings you believe a field team will require so the set stands on its own
Technical requirements
All sheets must follow the layer naming template I will supply, use consistent line-weights, and arrive as clean .dwg files ready to open in vanilla AutoCAD (2018 or newer is fine). Dimensions, annotations, and symbols must be to Indonesian practice and show real-world buildability—nothing schematic.
Experience I’m looking for
If you have documented high-rise hotels, apartments, or similar projects before, that will stand out. A solid grasp of local building codes, an eye for constructible detail, and the discipline to keep layers, references, and x-refs tidy are essential.
Next steps
Please share one or two sample sheets from comparable work, outline the time you need to turn the full package around, and flag any coordination items you’ll want from me (such as structural or MEP backgrounds). Once we agree on the scope and timeline, I’ll forward base drawings, layer standards, and title-block templates so you can start right away.
