Stepper Motor Prototype Model
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m building an early-stage prototype and need a robust 3D CAD part that accepts a single stepper motor and holds it perfectly in place. The model has to align with standard NEMA mounting geometry (I’ll confirm final dimensions with you once we start) and leave enough clearance for wiring and a coupler on the shaft.
Once the design is approved, I’ll use it for both FDM printing and CNC milling, so please keep wall thicknesses and overhangs printer-friendly while avoiding impossible tool paths. Native Fusion 360 or SolidWorks files are preferred, plus a clean STL ready for slicing. If you work in another package, let me know up front so we can sort out export formats.
Deliverables
• Parametric CAD source file
• Watertight STL checked for errors
I’m ready to iterate quickly—send me an initial concept, we’ll tweak mounting features or vents as needed, and then move to the final file set.
