Steel Roll Pin Punch

Job ID: 40312972

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a steel component that needs to move from my dimensioned print into a fully-featured 3D CAD model ready for CNC machining. All critical measurements are already defined; I just need your expertise to translate them into a clean, manufacturable geometry.

Once you receive my drawing and brief notes, create the complete parametric model in a mainstream package such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or similar, and double-check that every edge, hole and pocket aligns with the dimensions supplied. Where a machining consideration isn’t obvious, flag it so we can confirm before finalizing the file.

Deliverables
• Native CAD file (e.g., .sldprt, .f3d, or .ipt)
• Neutral format for the shop (.STEP and .IGES)
• A simple 2D drawing pulled from the model showing the same dimensions I provide, suitable for the machinist’s printout

Send me the first pass as a STEP file so I can do a quick check, then wrap up the remaining files after any edits. If the part can be fully validated against the provided dimensions, the job is complete.
