I need a full set of working plans for a steel-framed, factory-built family home that I will erect on-site myself. The layout must include a comfortable living room, the required number of bedrooms, plus a combined kitchen and dining area, all designed as transport-friendly modules that can be bolted together quickly once delivered.
What I’m after is more than a concept sketch. I need shop-ready fabrication drawings, a bill of materials, connection details, and a simple assembly guide so the panels and members slot together correctly when I get them on the ground. A 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) would be ideal for clash-checking before anything is cut, and basic structural calcs for the steel frame will keep my local engineer happy.
