I need a complete design for a steel tilting table dedicated to casting precast concrete panels that measure up to 10 m × 3 m. The table’s sole purpose is casting, so stability, flatness, and vibration control take priority over transport or storage considerations.

Scope of work
• Develop the structural and mechanical concept sized for a 10 m span and 3 m width.
• Select appropriate steel profiles, plate thicknesses, hinge points, and locking mechanisms so the deck can tilt safely from horizontal to near-vertical for panel release.
• Integrate hydraulic with safety stops and maintenance access in mind.
• Design the support frame to resist the weight of fresh concrete plus live loads during vibration.
• Provide drainage and edge-form details to keep the casting surface clean and true.

Deliverables
1. 3D CAD model in NX.
2. Fabrication drawings with weld symbols, tolerances, and a bill of materials.
3. Basic hydraulic/electrical schematic for the tilting mechanism.
4. Brief calculation note or FEA summary demonstrating capacity and factor of safety.

Acceptance criteria
• Deck deflection under full load ≤ L/360.
• All welds sized per AWS D1.1 for structural steel.
• Tilting cycle completed in ≤ 90 seconds with a built-in locking system that engages automatically at 0°, 45°, and 87°.
