Steel E-Bike Frame Design

Job ID: 40448824

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m developing a city/commuter electric bicycle and need a modern, sleek steel frame engineered from scratch. The frame must:

• Integrate cable routing ports, a lower-tube cavity that secures our specified battery pack, internal space for the motor controller, and threaded inserts to bolt on a rear top-case base.
• Follow the overall geometry I’ll share yet leave room for your design creativity.
• Pass a stiffness and fatigue simulation that meets ISO 4210-10 e-bike requirements. I will supply battery and motor schematics plus photos with controller dimensions so you can model these volumes accurately.

Scope of work
1. 3D CAD model of the frame (STEP or native SolidWorks/Fusion acceptable).
2. Finite-element analysis report showing load cases, boundary conditions, mesh settings, and results that demonstrate compliance with ISO 4210-10.
3. Manufacturing drawings with tube specs, weld callouts, and tolerance notes.
4. A brief revision cycle to fine-tune geometry after my review.

If you’d like to expand the model to include the fork, wheels, or full bike assembly, let me know—I already have a list of parts I want the bike to use.
