Square Titanium Watch Case Design

Job ID: 39772234

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m developing a wrist-watch that uses a multipart square case and now need the full digital design package that will let a CNC shop mill it from titanium and achieve a clean, uniform matte finish.

The scope covers every exterior and interior surface of the bezel, mid-case and case-back, including integrated lugs crown tube and chronograph pushers for ETA 2894-2 automatic watch movement. All joints must be engineered so that tolerances and gasket seats are ready for standard O-rings; screw threads, pin bores and press-fits should be modelled to ISO norms so the parts go together without post-machining tweaks.

Deliverables
• Parametric 3D CAD files for each part plus the full assembly (STEP or IGES)
• 2-D manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances and surface-finish call-outs clearly specifying the matte titanium look
• An exploded view and a few photorealistic renders that show the case from multiple angles in its final matte state

Acceptance will be based on dimensional accuracy when the files are test-imported into Fusion 360 and on visual consistency of the matte finish in the renders.
