SolidWorks VAWT Prototype CAD Package
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a complete 3 D CAD package for a 5 kW vertical-axis wind turbine prototype. You will be working from the PDF engineering drawing of our 5 kW / 300 RPM permanent-magnet generator, which uses a 550 mm OD flange (460 mm PCD, four anchor bolts) and a 48 mm shaft.
My priority platform is SolidWorks, so please model natively there and supply neutral formats (STEP/DXF) as well. The mounting base and tower interface should be a heavy-duty steel design; I have no weight limit, so strength and ease of local fabrication take precedence over mass savings.
Key items I expect from you:
• SolidWorks 3 D model of the complete sub-assembly: flange adapter, bearing carriers if needed, central shaft, rotor hub and any fasteners.
• 2 D manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, weld symbols and material call-outs ready for workshop use.
• A concise bill of materials.
Everything must align precisely with the generator’s flange and 48 mm shaft, and the drawings have to be clear enough for a local machine shop to fabricate without back-and-forth clarification. If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s get started.
