SolidWorks Spur Gear Model & Drawings

I have a set of spur gears that must be modeled with production-ready precision in SolidWorks. You will create the complete 3D geometry and generate fully detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, all in line with standard engineering drafting conventions (ISO/ASME).

I will supply the exact module or diametral pitch, tooth count, face width, and any other critical parameters as soon as the project starts; accuracy to those numbers is essential.

Deliverables – each version must open cleanly and show no rebuild errors:
• Native SolidWorks parts and, if needed, an assembly (.SLDPRT / .SLDASM)
• Neutral 3D file (.STEP)
• Drawing files in DWG and PDF, fully dimensioned and toleranced

Acceptance will be based on:
• Correct gear geometry per the provided module or DP
• Drawings that include all primary dimensions, tolerances, material call-outs, and a revision block
• Files structured and named logically so a machinist can move straight to manufacturing
