SolidWorks Metal Enclosure 3D Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a complete set of dimensioned blueprints for a sheet-metal outer body and its internal parts, and now I need the data brought to life in SolidWorks so the assembly can go straight onto a CNC laser.
The goal is manufacturing, not visualisation, so accuracy is everything: correct bend radii, reliefs, hole call-outs and overall fit must match the drawings exactly. Material is metal sheet (mild steel; gauge details supplied after award).
You will:
• Re-create each part in SolidWorks (2021+), using proper sheet-metal features.
• Build the full parametric assembly so I can update individual dimensions later.
• Output a clean set of flat-pattern DXF files, one per part, ready for laser nesting.
• Return the native .SLDPRT / .SLDASM files alongside a STEP of the final assembly.
I will share the detailed PDFs and reference STEP files as soon as we start. If you spot clashes or tolerance issues, highlight them so we can adjust before sign-off.
Delivery timeline is flexible but I’d like a first pass within a week so our fabricator can slot the job into their schedule.
