SolidWorks Coater Assembly CAD 3D model with Drawings

Job ID: 40168146

Budget: $30 – $350 USD

A complete 3-D model of my continuous-run adhesive coater is the next step in moving this line from concept to the shop floor. The machine applies water-based adhesive onto polyester film, so every roller, tank, doctor blade, drive, guard and frame member must appear exactly as it will be built.

I already sketched the system by hand and will share clear, dimensioned scans together with notes on materials, bearings and standard hardware. Using those sketches, I need you to create:

• Individual SLDPRT files for every unique component
• A fully constrained SLDASM that shows the machine in its operating position
• Exploded configuration, so the maintenance team can visualise disassembly
• Native SolidWorks feature trees (no dumb solids) to keep edits easy

High-detail means: bolt patterns, keyways, set-screw flats, grease fittings, adjustment slots and guarding must all be modelled, not left as placeholders. Fasteners can come from the SolidWorks Toolbox; everything else is custom.

Deliverables will be the native SolidWorks files (SLDPRT/SLDASM) plus an automatically generated BOM inside the assembly. Before final release I will run a quick tolerance review, check mates, and verify that the assembly rebuilds error-free. Once those checks pass, the project is complete.
