Solar Cleaning Robot Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m building a solar-panel cleaning robot that must brush away dust, rinse with water, and keep working through extreme heat and heavy rain. I need complete mechanical design support—enough detail that a local fabricator can cut metal today and a prototype can roll tomorrow.
Here’s what I expect you to deliver:
• Concept iterations that show how the drive, brush/nozzle, and enclosure work together.
• Fully-parametric 3D CAD models (STEP/SolidWorks or similar) covering the complete mechanism—chassis, drivetrain, cleaning head, water routing, seals, fasteners, and service panels.
• Detailed 2D fabrication drawings with tolerances, GD&T where critical, and exploded views for assembly.
• A consolidated Bill of Materials listing material grades, purchased components, and indicative suppliers available in my region.
• Design-for-Manufacturing notes that adapt the parts to common local processes such as laser cutting, bending, and CNC machining, plus suggestions for seal selection against heat and rain.
• Simple strength/weight checks or light FEA to confirm the shell and brush arms survive outdoor loads.
• Build-stage guidance: quick feedback on prototype photos or test clips so we can validate cleaning coverage and robustness.
Files must be editable, logically organized, and accompanied by short read-me instructions. If you have prior work on outdoor robotics or cleaning mechanisms, please reference it—real-world insight matters more to me than fancy renders.
