Smoke Diffuser & Ashtray Design

Job ID: 39780889

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

Description:
I am developing a new consumer product: a cigarette smoke diffuser with integrated ashtray.
I need a professional to design both the PCB electronics and the 3D CAD enclosure that fit together.

Scope of Work:
1. Electronics / PCB Design

Round PCB (approx. 60–80 mm diameter)

4x fan outputs (small DC fans, controlled via MOSFETs + PWM)

Rechargeable Li-ion battery (3.7V, ~2000–3000mAh)

USB-C charging circuit (with protection IC)

Boost converter for regulated fan power (5V–12V)

On/Off switch + status LEDs

Small LCD display (0.96"–1.3" OLED/LCD) to show:

Battery percentage

Charging status

Fan mode: Eco / Boost / Ultra

Fan control logic with multiple speeds (PWM based)

Safe charging and power management

Deliverables (Electronics):

Schematics (PDF + source)

PCB layout (Gerber + source file in KiCad/Altium/EasyEDA)

Bill of Materials (BOM) with component references

3D STEP/IGES of PCB

Basic firmware for MCU (battery % calculation, LCD display, fan mode switching)

3D CAD Enclosure Design:

Enclosure that fits under an ashtray housing

Space for: fans, filter cartridge, battery, PCB, and LCD

Rounded design with mounting holes

Separate compartment for HEPA/carbon filter cartridge

Removable ashtray bowl insert

USB-C port cutout + switch integration

Front slot for LCD display

Button / touch panel / dial for fan mode control

Deliverables (CAD):

3D CAD models (STEP/IGES, SolidWorks/Fusion 360 preferred)

Exploded view diagrams

STL files for 3D printing prototype

Skills Required:

PCB design (KiCad, Altium, EasyEDA, or equivalent)

Embedded electronics (Li-ion charging, USB-C, MOSFET control, PWM fan control)

Microcontroller programming (for LCD display, fan modes, battery indicator)

3D CAD modeling (Fusion 360 / SolidWorks / Inventor)

Consumer electronics product design

Understanding of battery protection & small appliance safety

Notes:

I have hand-drawn sketches + AI concept drawings of the product.

Looking for a professional who can turn this into a manufacturable product.
