Mechanical Design Required for Smart Reservoir Dock (Product Enclosure)
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical/Product Designer to create a manufacturable 3D design (CAD) for a **Smart Reservoir Dock** similar to the attached reference image.
Scope of Work
Design the following components:
Main Telescopic Dock Enclosure
* Adjustable telescopic arms to fit multiple container sizes.
* Central housing for PCB/control unit.
*Detachable mounting mechanism that securely holds the PCB enclosure on top of the telescopic dock.
* Dedicated ports/openings for:
1)Water pump tube
2) Water level sensor cable
3)Moisture sensor cable harness
* Integrated cable and tube management.
Water Level Sensor Support Holder
* Design a robust holder/bracket that keeps the water level sensor perfectly vertical inside the reservoir preferably to fit the edge of the container
* Adjustable to accommodate different container depths.
* Must prevent movement due to water flow or vibrations.
* Easy installation and removal for maintenance.
Moisture Sensor Enclosure
* Compact water-resistant enclosure for moisture sensor electronics.
* Suitable for mounting on plant pots.
* Provision for sensor probes and cable entry.
* Clean and aesthetically pleasing design.
Design Requirements
* Premium consumer-product appearance
* High-quality materials suitable for long-term use
* Water-resistant design
