Small Cargo Barge Design

I need a naval architect to turn my concept for a 10-ton-DWT cargo barge into a build-ready design. The vessel will serve light freight runs on calm inland waterways, so simplicity, shallow draft, and ease of fabrication are priorities.

You will translate my outline of route, loading pattern, and operational profile into a complete package that a yard can cut and weld without re-engineering. Maxsurf, Rhino, AutoCAD, or comparable naval-architecture tools are acceptable so long as the final files remain fully editable.

Deliverables
• General arrangement and lines plan
• Hydrostatics, stability booklet, and weight estimate proving 10 t dead-weight at the design draft with at least 0.5 m GM
• Structural scantlings and material list to ISO small-craft or equivalent inland-class rules
• Propulsion or towing arrangement drawing, including equipment weights and service speeds
• 2D/3D CAD files plus PDF set suitable for class and shipyard submission

Acceptance criteria: every document must reconcile and the stability report must meet the stated GM and freeboard targets.
