T-Slot Coffee Cart CAD

Hello,

We are looking for an experienced product designer / CAD drafter to design a modular mobile coffee cart / catering station based on our attached sketches and reference images.

The design must use aluminum T-slot extrusion profiles as the main structural system. The freelancer must convert our concept into a clean, professional, and fabrication-ready design.

*What We Need
We need a freelancer who can:
-create a product design that matches the attached concept
-design the frame using aluminum T-slot extrusion
-specify the exact profile sizes and cut lengths
-recommend suitable brackets, connectors, and fastening methods
-design the front and side removable panels
-ensure the visible panels have rounded corners
-produce professional technical drawings for fabrication
-recommend a suitable T-slot profile supplier / provider
-source files in the native format used
(DWG / SKP / STEP / shapr3d)

*Project Requirements
The concept includes:
-approximate overall size around 170 cm wide x 60 cm deep x 85 cm high
-modular body with attached side / corner extension
-removable front and side panels
-rounded panel corners
-caster wheels and/or support feet
-clean commercial appearance for a coffee catering station

*Required Deliverables
Please provide:
-top, front, and side views
-technical drawings with dimensions
-frame design using aluminum T-slot profiles
-profile schedule with size, length, and quantity
-panel design details
-extension design details
-recommended supplier for profiles and accessories
-final files in PDF + editable source format

*Important
Your work must clearly show:
-which T-slot profile sizes are used
-the length of each profile
-where each profile is used in the design
-recommended supplier / brand for the extrusion system
-rounded corners on all visible panels
