I'm looking to build a long-term collaboration with a skilled CAD designer. Your task will be to convert hand sketches, technical drawings, and product outlines into precise CAD files suitable for CNC laser cutting. The final CAD files should be in DXF format.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with CNC laser cutting
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret various types of drawings
