Sketches Into 3D CAD Model

I have a set of hand-drawn sketches, photos, and a few scanned sheets that outline the layout of a small building. I need these references translated into a precise 3-D CAD model suitable for architectural work. The model must capture the overall geometry accurately and generate a clean, dimensioned floor plan from it—elevations and sections are not required at this stage.

Please work in a widely accepted format such as AutoCAD 3D, Revit, or SketchUp so I can incorporate the file into an existing design workflow. Clean layer management, correct units (metric), and clear naming conventions are important to me.

Deliverables
• Native 3-D CAD file
• Exported DWG or DXF of the floor plan
• PDF floor plan for quick viewing
