Sketches to Architectural CAD Plans

I have a set of hand-drawn architectural sketches that already show every dimension and note I need. What I am missing is a clean, professional CAD file that can go straight to engineers and builders. Your task is to reproduce each sheet faithfully in AutoCAD (or compatible software) so the lineweights, layers, text styles, and scaling follow standard architectural drafting practice.

Accuracy is critical: walls, openings, annotations and dimensions must match the sketches exactly; no re-interpretation is required. Please return the drawings in DWG format and include a plotted PDF for quick review. If you use Xrefs or custom fonts, package them so I can open the file without issues. A quick turnaround is ideal because the project is ready to move into permitting as soon as the CAD plans arrive.
