On-Site Drafting of Home Floorplans

I have a single-family house and need its entire interior captured in a clean, accurate set of drawings. You will visit the property, take thorough measurements on site, and translate those numbers into scaled floorplans that clearly show walls, doors, windows, and room dimensions. A basic layout is all that’s required—no furniture, fixtures, or material call-outs—but I do want ceiling-height information and a roof-line overlay so I can understand how everything stacks vertically.

Once the measuring is complete, the drawings should be produced in AutoCAD (DWG) and supplied as print-ready PDFs. I’ll rely on these files for future renovation planning, so dimensional precision is critical.

Acceptance criteria
• On-site measurement session completed
• Scaled floorplan for every level (preferred scale 1/4" = 1' or metric equivalent)
• Separate sheet with ceiling plan and roof-line overlay aligned to main floor
• Dimensional accuracy within ±¼" (6 mm) across rooms
• Final delivery of editable DWG files and matching PDFs
