Single-Family Residence Site Plan

I already hold the essential base materials for this job: the full topographic survey of the lot, complete architectural house plans, and a finished site plan from another project that I would like you to mirror for style, content, and level of detail. Your task is to prepare a clean, permit-ready site plan for this new single-family residence.

Key items I need incorporated: utility connection routing, a clear driveway and walkway layout, and accurate grading information tied to the topo data. Everything must be drawn in feet and inches so it aligns with the rest of my documentation. Any zoning or building-code notes that appear on the reference plan should be carried across or updated as needed so the new drawing meets the same standard.

I will supply the DWG/PDF files for the topo, the architectural set, and the example plan the moment we start. If you work in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or comparable software that can exchange DWG files seamlessly, you will fit perfectly into my workflow.

Deliverables
• One fully layered CAD file (DWG or compatible)
• A plotted PDF at 24"×36" ready for permit submission
