Simple PDF Sheet Metal 3D Model need today only

I have a simple sheet-metal part in 1st ANGLE PROJECTION that is currently only available as a PDF drawing. I need it rebuilt as a native SolidWorks 3D model (including a flat-pattern feature) and accompanied by a clear isometric PDF. The part has just one bend, and the finished PDF must leave no doubt about bend direction as well as the location and call-out of the countersink hole. Please include only the essential overall and bend dimensions in the view—no extra detailing is necessary.
