Sewerage Treatment Scale Drawings

I’m preparing a Building Regulations application for a small-scale sewerage treatment plant here in the UK and now need two accurate CAD drawings to submit with the paperwork. The requirement is intentionally simple—just a Basic layout—yet it still has to meet the 1:1250 and 1:500 Ordnance Survey presentation standards that local authorities expect.

Because I don’t have any existing site plans, you’ll be starting from scratch. I can provide the address, rough GPS coordinates, and any photographs you need, but the underlying mapping must be produced or sourced by you. The 1:1250 location plan should clearly outline the overall property boundary and show surrounding roads or landmarks for reference. The 1:500 block plan then zooms in on the plot, marking the exact site boundary together with the proposed position of the sewerage treatment plant—nothing more detailed than that is required.

Deliverables
• Location Plan (1:1250) in PDF + original CAD (DWG/DXF)
• Block Plan (1:500) with boundaries and plant layout in PDF + original CAD

Both drawings must be to scale, north-pointed, include a scale bar, and be ready for immediate submission to the local council.
