Scooter Frame CAD & Simulation

Job ID: 39969425

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

I need a complete digital package that will let me take a new scooter frame straight into fabrication. The job breaks down into three connected tasks: a clean 2-D CAD drawing, a fully detailed 3-D model and a basic structural simulation to confirm the frame can handle real-world loads.

Purpose & scope
The drawing and model are for manufacturing, so accuracy and clear dimensioning are critical. I already have overall dimensions, wheelbase limits and rough tube sizes, but no formal standard package—expect to refine those general guidelines with me as you work. Once the geometry is locked, run a strength or stiffness check (simple FEA is fine) so I can see stress hotspots before we cut metal.

Preferred file type
All drawings must be supplied in DXF for the workshop. You’re welcome to model in SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360 or similar; just export the 3-D file in whatever native format you use alongside the DXF so I can reference it later.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Production-ready 2-D DXF with layers, dimensions and tolerances
• Parametric 3-D model of the complete frame
• Short simulation report: load cases, screenshots of results, brief interpretation

If you’ve taken frames or similar welded structures from screen to shop floor before, this will be a straightforward collaboration. Let me know roughly how long you’ll need once you see my sketches and we’ll get started right away.
